Enjoyed the conference on many levels.
The depth of scientific articulation, the profession addressment. A sense of professional optimism was current yet conservative notions were also very apparent.
Two things worth sharing with those that didn't get the opportunity to listen in....
One, an additional two other clinics may soon help in the recruitment of patients, and
Two, the 1b trail will not only determine safety and toxicity requirements, but also ( by design) there is an expected potency above baseline (chemo alone) of 2 to 1 ratio.
Although a high expectation indeed, based on 1a results highly attainable.
Of course, a result such as that...., considering current therapies...., would just be grand in my opinion.
