By the way spid, this page seems to refer to situations where the project is seeking finance from the IFC itself. KNL is not seeking finance from IFC ("before IFC’s formal consideration of the project for financing").
I'm not sure if this process is required for KNL because we are instead seeking finance from an EP signatory but not from IFC itself - but you may have a view on this?
I also see that, if it does apply, that IFC can reduce the time to 30 days.
