MEC General Meeting under Section 249F called, page-5

How much longer is David Breeze going to be allowed to continue this disruptive behaviour of calling meetings to replace the board? It seems he can call these meetings ad infinitum and the business of MEC will never happen.

In addition, how does the current capital raising bode for voting? I am currently in no position to take up my entitlement, so my share of the shortfall could be bought up by the DB empire or its interests, and my vote is diluted until i can top up later on a sunnier day.

With so much going on in the news about gas, gas shortages, gas exports and gas prices, we may be in danger of missing out on riding the wave because of all this crap going on, and it looks like it could go on forever.

I think it's a disaster myself. I fear i erred greatly the day i ever thought the DB web looked good to invest in, because he doesnt seem to take a hint and i think he may just destroy it all rather than walk quietly away...

And what is with the Tasex post? It makes it appear as though MEC is advising us to vote out the current board! I think that needs some quick addressing by MEC.
