News or new news, it will touch 4c in two weeks. If there is a news, it will touch 4c sooner than 2 weeks. SP peaks and troughs in every stock are cyclical if you are able to go through any chart. At this level it's way oversold.
I think you have wrong idea of fair value estimate. What market pays is market value, not fair value of any asset; market value is one component of fair value. Fair value is more an intrinsic value while market value is a perceived value per se.
I will post a chart if I could find time. Do not presume that I am very experienced trader and persuading people to buy on hype. This was not a buy recommendation just my opinion based on my information and study of patterns in charts. It's your call to take it or ignore it.
