When you went to uni, how many people afterwards found relevant employment?
Just because we increase the number of places, it does not mean there is increased demand.

Supply and demand. With very few degrees, a degree is valuable. Now a degree is much like year 12 was decades ago. Its kind of pointless for the extra time.

I dont want people to be paid to attend useless classes. If there is not a clear career benefit, then its not worth it.

Now, if its not worth an individual going to uni, its not worth a government funding it either. Best to cut places around the board. Its not required for employment.
