all good points. not without its risk at these prices but the upside still i think over balances the downside risk given the corporate tax cuts, weaker aud, us infrastructure spending exposure, broader market exposure as a global fund manager, renewables leveraged exposure via the greenbank acquisition, good yield of 5%, etc.
as a bonus, its not as highly exposed to the coming housing downturn and so should have softer downside compared to the big 4.
