I just wonder about it. SGH had 70 in house Lawyers look at 1000's of cases and they basically seemed to think they were all satisfactory in the DD process. So was it that the cases were duds and SGH's DD lawyers didn't realise or was it the cases wern't litigated properly, WTG would have been relying on SGH to litigate the cases properly and professonally i imagine.
