Below is my personal opinion...
Resolution 1 - Vote : Yes
It was terrible decision and now the board have learnt it hard way costing share price to drop significantly. Pay them back and move on...
Resolution 2 - Vote : Not yet decided
Resolution 3 - Vote : No
Provide more reasons. I do not see any valid reasons... why do you guys need to raise 7.5M at the current price? at the all time low? you guys always do this. Get the deal signed first and raise capital when share price goes up.
Resolution 4 -6 - Vote : Yes, but change the condition.
Why the discount? Set the price i.e. minimum of 3.3c which is the latest spp price.
Resolution 7 - Vote : No
"I think The Consolidation will result in a more appropriate and effective capital structure for the Company and may result in a Share price more appealing to a wider range of investors. "
Are you seriois?? Share price is more appealing?? to who?? "wow share price is 3.2c !! its way more appealing to invest even tough market cap is exactly same !!!" wake up guys... I reckon consolidation will only give room for share price to drop further or may give more opportunity to dump the stock.
My opinion only... please do your own research... good luck...
