I have read enough posts in the EMH thread to demonstrate that EMH's decision is 'political', nothing will change that position unless Abbott jumps ship to Labor and Shorten to Liberal.
With LMAx, it is a bit different. LPD doesn't need LIT, but LIT needs LPD. There is also a side 'political' issue in combining the 2 companies it seems. The cultures and behaviours are irreconcilable. But LPD, without LIT, can progress LMAx and can progress it better and has progressed it significantly with stunning PFS results in the last 3 months. LMAx will likely become a force to reckon with in 18 months. LIT has nothing to offer so far except pipe dreams.
