    Its worded that way so people dont think a CR is happening but is still vague until the real announcement. It also doesnt look like a sales/revenue announcement and if HVST was selling more options or warrants, which doesnt make sense after being listed for 3 hours, i dont think MMJ would have a trade halt.

    My guess is they are loaning money or transferring assets like something phytotech has been working on or owns to HVST.
