They can say whatever words they want, it doesnt mean anything.
Heres the text:
" the execution of a material strategic agreement with the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) relating to the Company’s Australian based medical cannabis operations, licensing and strategy."
Im more focused on the "material strategic agreement" part, because that is all this is. They may be coupling with a business school/science school for some consulting work, etc. I doubt this has anything to actually do with licenses and their approval in the short term.
But just IMO.
