I think we will only have to wait 3 more hours to find out. I dont see the reason for the lag, but they should have it ready today.
Big ann's like the one we are expecting are usually given after close so they can be analyzed.
No one wants a massive ann @9:55 tomorrow. 7pm tonight at the latest IMO.
