The point I am making is that nothing is a sure thing but I believe the chances of SMN succeeding are odds -on as opposed to odds-against, if you know anything about gambling.
If you find an odds-on chance with a bookie offering generous odds-against then you would put the grandstand on it to win. You rarely get that opportunity but with SMN I believe this is a rare opportunity indeed.
Those who procrastinate will miss out because the moment an announcement is made of a contract or multiple contracts being signed you will doing well to find any sellers under $3 & that could quickly rise to $5 before the price stabilises & then an orderly market should then see the price gradually rise further.
