I assume you are referring to that significant upward SP re-rating, if so, then the week commencing the 29th May - if the spurious MZN claim has representation on that day, then there will be plenty of eyewitness accounts from open court.
Five court days has been set aside to hear the MZN claims which is interesting, as there are purportedly only three emails ... Day one will be the beginning of the halcyon days for KDR shareholders ...IMO.
Then again, the upward re-rating could be sooner as if MZN enters the court on that day then there will be no turning back for the MZN BoD and management, costs will be requested and possible malicious damages claims against them if KDR wins emphatically. A big gamble for those individuals ….
