about the downturn in real estate
has it come back very far?
im in new zealand and it hasnt happened here yet
but i think a soft housing market is on the way
as intrest rate will start to bite
capitals gain in housing has slowed down
peaple dont talk about it as much as a year ago when everyone was going to get rich by buying 4 or 5 houses and whatch them grow in value
i hope you got a great place with good veiws

anyway back to my triendline
$10.00 now my stop out / looking good
getting a bit of profit there
maybe i should sell my silly TEL SHARES and put the money into CCP
