Attention: Dale Allen – [email protected] Dear Dale, Intiger Group Limited (“Intiger Group” or the “Company”) requests a trading halt of its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement by the Company regarding the execution of a material commercial agreement with a prominent financial services company. The Company requests that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 4 May 2017, or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to today’s announcement.
