MMJ Giving up 49% of equity and 40% of production?
Last production of 60KG as far as i remember... total equity as of Dec 2016 is about $20mil....
equity includes cash so that too is effectively halved...
do the math... i think indirectly MMJ gave away half the worth of company... for fundingIMO
and then that becomes a new company NewCo... all depending on ifs and buts
MMJ could be falling knife in afternoon...
