Altura Mining Limited.
Altura has a problem...big brother. They are very much hard rock and will be in production soon. They have a decent asset but, it will be hard to get investors attention as long as the have PLS right next door. Why should a investor buy AJM when they can buy Pilbara Minerals? It's never good to fight over the same investor.
Adding a AGY creates a mid-sized GXY for investors who may want both but, don't like GXYs offering and long term CAPEX projects.
