The net operating cashflow for the nine months to 31 March 2017 is $242k. The year to date figure includes $152k of income tax inflow (received and not paid). So NOCF before tax would be $90k. It might be a timing issue, but I struggle to conclude they have solid cashflows based on their year to date figures.
To balance out that observation, their EBITDA for the same period suggests they could be cheap.
So I just don't know whether to believe NOCF or EBITDA.
