VRC is in shit creek - they must be very worried.
CR @ 2c if they are lucky. Placement takers usually want a high margin for risk especially with companies in VRC's position. This has been on the cards for many many months.
(of course if VRC get Elon Musk to buy all their graphite... just kidding unfortunately.)
