Do VRC need money? Yes, bit like every early stage miner.
Is the CEO in the Middle East? Yes cause he is at the moment(look at Qtly corp section which explained they are in discussions)
Is Meerkat funny? No (being hilarious when people have their hard earn in a company isnt)
They have $250k less than I thought but that aint unusual for companies in this stage. The contacts & experienced management have known this for a while so pretty sure they didn't look at the Qtly & go "oh no, we only have $1.25mil"
Relax everyone that matters (shareholders(in case it wasn't obvious)), they have plans.
Im relaxed & comfortable in management that the funds needed to get us through until the end of year will be sorted shortly.
Im stating my opinion but if you don't believe, call the company & if you think they are liars, move on to the next company.
