    CIX has purchased Insurance Claims Solutions.

    This company was owned by Collection House previously and according to their latest annual report ICS was contributing greater than $1 million in profit per annum.

    Extract below:

    Insurance Claims Solutions (ICS) has turned a
    $0.4m loss last year into a profit in excess of $1m
    this year. In addition to this ICS has signed a 3
    year contract with their major client that will
    provide continuity for the foreseeable future.
