Just had a quick browse over it, and some may think that the renumeration is a lot for the new BOD, but at least they are actually working for it and in our "The Share Holders" best interests.
As for the speculation around Michael Langford.... #Airguide invests with the top #China commodity companies as a trusted strategic investment advisor.
It wasn't possible for Michael to stay on the board of BGS and still be able to fulfil his role as a respected advisor, IMO, the best thing we can do now is to engage Michael as a consultant through Airguide, to bring us in contact with Chinese companies.
Leaking ship, not sure if I subscribe to that theory considering there has been little movement in the standing of the T20.......
I had all confidence in retaining Mr Haidara and with the appointment of Mr Walker the fear of losing valuable contacts in Mali can finally be put to bed.
Only thing that confuses me is the job offer to Kevin Joyce, if KJ i part of the Corporate governance and other related issues, then why are we seeking to engage for now?
