Why all the negativity? These deals are good for all of us.
Issue price was 40c. Not a lone. And they don't need too much more and will almost certainly be able to use debt secured against the sales contract which is much more preferable than a CR.
I hold both GXY and PLS (a much, much bigger stake in GXY). I really don't get why it has to be us or them.
