Looks like "Stephen" isn't the most intelligent investor! This thing is going to tank if Vinci walk away. They've been looking at it closely for months and would have run the ruler over it for ages before going exclusive. They are experts and a huge company so any delays smell like ISSUES (lower bid, walking away). Way more downside than upside as the stock is basically illiquid and "low quality" according to the article you posted. Cut your losses and bail if you can!
