The drop from $4+, down close to $3 now is too coincidental, IMO definitely some snitch on the inside has spilled the beans in early April.

The fact they have said nothing till now, and then dropped this announcement after hours is laughable

What was that response another poster on here got from their investor relations? Something about "we can't fabricate news" "we are aware of our continuous disclosure obligations" ha!
