I find NAB to be by far the worst platform to trade through. There always seems to be a problem, and when you call to ask why you've been locked out of your account, or why the site is down, or whatever, they treat you with a rudeness and disregard I have not experienced from any other bank.
I hate - HATE - NAB, and feel thier lack of customer support and accessibility have left me in the lurch a number of times, costing thousands in losses and unrealised gains. I have spoken to a number of dissatisfied clients whose views match my own.
I have been gradually transferring my money across to Commsec Pro, which I have been very pleased with. It beats E*TRADE hands down, and is very easy to use.
You can link it to any account, ANZ works well for me, and the program is free.
Better add a 'Go WMT!' to keep this a little bit on topic.
