Sorry, but some facts are known and others are added together and speculated on, by yourself as much as anyone else.
I don't think any deals are off the table, but do tell us if you know anything.
I've posted before that the size and scope of the market and the dollars involved are so huge they eclipse any issues about one party being supposedly better heeled than the other.
It hinges on the scientific certainty confirmation which is what I believe SI is waiting for so we can get the absolute best deal for sharedholders in the LT.
You're apparently speculating otherwise.
