    Let's start with we all agree that MGC has the lowest Farm Gate Price...then,

    Para # 1: to follow your argument: if so, then why haven't all the other processors dropped their Farm Gate Price? At least then, MGC would be price competitive!

    To suggest that MGC is a "price maker" is ludicrous! Those days are long gone...
