All,
I think that someone who went to the Brisbane meet brought up that Drake are still holding. I remember when they came on board a few years back, but I can't exactly recall what the terms and conditions were?
If we go under, does Drake get a sizable payout at a static price? Or is dependent on where we were at when it gets wound up? Can anyone actually recall what it actually was?
If AVQ was going pear-shaped and only had a few more months/quarters left, I would believe that Drake would be long gone by now. They are an International Hedge Fund they would know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em?
Thoughts anyone?
