re: why are the shares going down
Angers and sitting duck
You know that I am a relentless HDR fan, but as I posted the other day there are reasons for this sell down and it was predicatable. There is selling before results of Leafcutter and Chinguetti and theres profit taking by placementees at 70 last year and 55 recently.
Chinguetti appraisal this year holds significant downside risk so I am not surprised that some are selling -but its not huge volume and its mostly small parcels. If Ching fails to flow at a good rate then HDR is looking shaky so there is a reasonable incentive to exit before results and then jump on if they are good. Both WPL and HDR seem supremely confident - but nothing is a given.
Any fall below current price (64) puts it in buy territory but only if you arre happy with the risk.
