My feeling is that we are gazing into the smoke and mirrors and ignoring the real problem of the company hemorrhaging cash.

Well yes hemorrhaging cash is the main issue now.

It's what happens when mates are on big wages together and in control and the 3rd wheel gets 30% clip off the top.
