    'If we go under'

That's a might big 'if'. Before this simple questions gets out of hand, with scenarios of top 20 holders, admin costs all = doom and gloom etc.

let's start at the beginning with 'if we go under'.

IMO highly unlikely. In fact I will publicly say, no chance. I will also state that I don't know anything more than what is Ann on the ASX.

1 - Axiom has the landowners for the SJ tenement. Landowners are the key, to any mining projects. Axiom also enjoy full support from the landowners, which is clearly obvious from the SAA's being signed off on the LOI for SJ. Axiom is the only continual industry operator (regardless of the scale of operations at times), in the SI for the past 6 years coupled with employment for the indigenous.

2 - Axiom has a current and undisputed PL for SJ.

IMO those two points alone ensure Axiom will not go under. Axiom still has multiple options in this infinite stage.

Placements will be available, big fund understand the ground work Ryan personally has made, and they know how long it takes to form the complex relationships required. SMM have been there how long before Axiom as industry operators, and they still couldn't get it right.

Even a worse case scenario IMO would be axiom doing a JV. I personally want to see a TO, cause I want a better return for my money. But I am addressing the question of 'if we go under'.

Will there be pain short term? Yes. Of course markets only want know about now, today not tomorrow.

Can the SP go into single digits? Yes. Since the CoA I'm surprised it all ready hasn't.

Did the complaints made to ASIC, at the same time as the RI was Ann, effect the SP and RI? Yes. People panicked, the SP took a hit and retailers sold out. Those who complained to ASIC are the lowest of low life's. Adversely Axiom proved to have done nothing wrong, but unfortunately for the shareholder's, the damage was done.

Why are drake still in? Have a look at the top 20, they are not the only one's still in.

    I haven't sold a single share.

My 2 cents, for what it's worth.
