Hi Jefferies. I wouldn't get too hung up about the wording. If there is no announcement by the date (10 a.m. today?) the stock will simply be suspended until the announcement. Trading halts can only be for a day or two before the stock is suspended.
It has been disappointing to see so many diluting placements but hopefully they have helped established relationships that will work against piracy.
