I find it hard to understand why you're so up in arms about a 3 month delay (for a company who's commercialising a novel process - something that is rarely on time due to the large uncertainties).
I'm sure Hazer may have known a while back - that said I'm sure they didn't sit on their hands when they found out but rather worked to fix it - only making the announcement to the market when they were confident of a completion date.
If they jumped the gun on the announcement it could've been catastrophic
Full disclosure though... I didn't take up the SPP as I suspected the sp would drift down and I could buy cheaper shares.
