Hey guys... really disappointing for sure.... but you know what ? Deals fall through for any number of reasons in business every day.

It's not like it was the only potential deal on the table though.

Worst case scenario is still that, over time, a $hitload of smaller FP groups and practices come on board and we gradually fill our quota of clients rather than in 2 or 3 big whacks. Don't forget that there are STILL multiple "big boys" out there and OVER 8000 "independants" as well.

Can we grab 500 to 1000 of them? Of course we can.

The bottom line is still that this particular business has a bright future.... it's just that the road towards it isn't as smooth as most had hoped for. I feel for MF at this moment though as it is a setback.... but far from fatal.
