You can have it at $1.6 just three weeks ago. Why you are not happy about people get it at $2 if it is true?
I guess the placement is a sure thing. I hope it can release the resources for Bison Basin. If resources is big enough, WHE need to pay out the vendor.
So the share placement is very handy.
