Todays announcement indicated that 36M options were exercised and entered into the register today. While no details were given of who exercised these options they were most likely INL. Prior to today INL held 107 M options exercisable at 1 cent.

There is no reason for someone to early exercise the options unless they want the company to have access to the cash or they intend to sell the shares granted from exercising the options. Consequently, it is most likely that the large sales going through that you have referred to were the sale by INL of its exercised options.
