As I say I'm no expert but looks like someone who owns at least 5% of Lck has requested the company call a meeting to replace the executive chairman. That's about all I can glean at this stage but I can't see why we as the voting shareholders would in good concience replace Mr Peters .
I think to date the company including managers etc have done a great job and they company is now months away from flaring.
Given all freely available info I won't be voting to replace Mr Peters , seems nonsensical to me
