    Crabs good morning, I notice that BLR is in pre-open, is that normal? as I would have thought it would have been suspended, unless they intend an ealier announcement than Thursday. If that is the case then your agument that it is an ann rather than a raising gains a lot of credit. Hope you're right, as I dont like capital raises without solid reasons.
