I think VOCUS's DataCentres would make more sense for other operator's. NextDC is going for scale and already has is its own large capital requirements. I think I read Vocus has 20 DC's generating $20M in revenue.
If they want to go ahead with ASC, I definitely think it makes sense to divest the Data Centres. Actually I think they should do it anyway and focus on getting the retail Business right.
