A simple answer is yes, there will be dividend growth for AIZ. Not so much due to fuel price rather it will be quality of the management team. So far, they have been doing well in term of cost management & business strategy.
However, I reckon there are many more other shares that you will get better dividend and it is franked as compared to AIZ(unfranked). AFR always publish a dividend yield section, guess it may help you.
