There is no way they will raise from PE. Not in this lifetime. PE want to invest alongside the inventors and initial seed investors if not below them.
Dismiss all comments on this forum that suggest funding via PE.
I could entertain the thought of a cornerstone investor who knows the sector and has a track record of investing in such companies.
At this price I see them raising capital in the teens.
