Emefcy Group Limited – request for trading halt Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Emefcy Group Limited ACN 127 734 196 (ASX Code: EMC) (Emefcy) requests a trading halt of the Emefcy ordinary shares effective from the commencement of trading Friday 5th May 2017. The trading halt is requested at this time pending an announcement by Emefcy regarding a proposed significant acquisition, and also to prevent trading taking place on an uninformed basis.
