The downside of public listing; there is always the potential for some nut to use the protective mechanisms that are part of ASX/ASIC legislative framework to pursue some crazy objective (bit like the shareholder that stands-up at the AGM and asks the CEO "when are you going to reveal your true intentions regarding the alien that you have captive in Warehouse 14?".
