    ... i have seen the wording "have land" .... doesn't mean the local council will allow to grow on it, a permit might allow to cultivate anything green on it .... not pot!

    Even if they have both, being an "outdoor" cultivation ... it must be a big piece of land and still take a lot of $$$ and time to complete it!
