Wow! this is an unbelievable deal for emc.... We now have 2 brilliant teams merged into one with mr Lauder now the largest shareholder.... Lauder can get fluence into places where no one else can due to his unrivalled stature and contacts globally..... I like the fact that the business has now truly global reach and serious revenue behind the combined entity of $120m....
Other asx companies have been know to comfortably command market caps of $1b on these figures.... The current valuation doesn't do any justice when some asx listed companies have reached $500m/$600m m/c on virtually zero substance....
I added another 200k today as the market simply doesn't get just how great this is...
I like the fact the rwl water recently completed an installation in record time 8months from start to finish, the majors take longer than 18months just to respond to a quotation...
They also completed a deal that was worth $40m which has $7m in re occurring revenue for 30 years...(bigger multiples are applied to such companies)
The former cto from GE will also be a director of the new company... (Things just keep getting better and better)
I firmly believe that now emefcy/fluence has the potential to reach legend status, up there with the greatest success stories in the asx....
My convictions levels just went up greatly!
