BSG closed last year at $3.06.
On 1st. May this year, BSG closed at $3.07.
A trading halt was called on 2nd. May with BSG at $3.30.
BSG resumed trading on the 4th. May after the "merger" (scrip takeover without a premium was announced.)
BSG were $2.86 a few moments ago, 11.5 cents below what the scrip bid is now worth. (It was initially worth $3.35, but has reduced to $2.975.)
Hmmnnn ... what does that tell us?
