IFCA get a letter of undertaking from a bank , IFCA finds a company in distress, IFCA offers funding to fix the unfixable problems, company accepts - nothing to lose, IFCA puts a break fee, no completion fee or some such thing into the agreement, IFCA gets its fee and disappears, Bank Guarantee funding doesn't come though suprise, suprise.
