2 more developments that should support uranium price announced this week.
Number 1, the US department of energy plans to substantially reduce the amount of uranium being sold from stockpiles onto the market. removing over 1 million pounds per year. Add this to the 10% Kazahk production cut and we might start to see a turnaround in u2o8 prices (hopefully!).
Number 2, ERA boss has said Australia should consider building a nuclear power station due to the lack of energy security on the east coast owing to reliance on renewables and unrealiable gas supply!
